Due to the personal-use nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on press-on nail sets.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

LuvTee Nails & Beauty Co. is not responsible for incorrect sizes, styles, or items selected by the customer at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
